Working Papers

SEAMEO TED is one of 26 SEAMEO Centers in Southeast Asia to assist SEAMEO Member Countries in identifying technical education problems and finding alternative solutions for sustainable human resource development through networking and partnership. SEAMEO TED covers three main tasks namely research and development, technical education and training, and public relations and partnership at secondary level in Southeast Asia. SEAMEO TED annually organized its governing board meeting to present its annual activity reports to 11 Governing Board Members for endorsement and comment. In the Governing Board Meeting, various working papers are developed and endorsed by the GB members. Working paper is the most important document set as it is the paper that explain the detailed information and accomplishment of the center overall operation, training, research and international relations and partnership.

Working paper is an internal document that cannot be shared to public except the governing board members of 11 SEAMEO countries and SEAMEO TED. From year to year the content and type of working paper have changed subsequently depending on the actual operation and accomplishment of the center. It presents, for example, about the progress report, organization structure and job description, annual operation plan, three budget plan, and working paper for all implemented and proposed research, training and partnership.
