ASEAN countries have jumped to be the number one trading block with China in 2020, with the trade volumes hitting 4.74 trillion yuan ($731.9 billion), a 7 percent growth year-on-year. International trade giants in ASEAN member states also spared no efforts to expand their footprint in the Chinese market.

The international trade settlement is one of most crucial parts in the international trade. SEAMEO TED working together with Guangxi University of Finance and Economics, which is famous for its Business and Trade majors, proposes training and tutorials to SEA Vocational High School Network, enhancing international trade literacy for teachers.

The professors for the training, Prof. Harris, have teaching and research experiences in international trade related fields for many years. He will contribute his knowledge as much as possible in this field to provide teachers with international trade skills and competence.
