Dr. Sirhajwan Idek explained three major platforms or areas that students from vocational backgrounds can venture into: research and conference, innovation contest or exhibition and finally, entrepreneurship programmes or competitions. These three platforms are interrelated and they can serve as great opportunities for students, as well as teachers, to develop their ideas and skills.
