Oudomxay Ethnic Boarding School was built in 1996 which was granted by the Vietnamese government, the total budget for the construction was 1,800,000 $, the construction was completed and handed over on 15th December 1997.
Vision and Mission Statement
Our vision is to eligible for ethnic students from the four northern provinces of Laos such as: Phongsaly, Bokeo, Luangnamtha and Oudomxay to improve their knowledge, capacities, personalities, mind, health and harmony then return home with those knowledge and apply them to their homeland. The outstanding students can be awarded to pursue the further education upon graduation.

Oudomxay Ethnic Boarding School located at Viengsa village, Xay district, Oudomxay province, Laos, about 3 Km from the Provincial administration Office and shares border with 2 east Road, the way to La district, the total area is 4.3 hectares.
